A SELF-styled Fat Lads calendar featuring two Barnsley blokes who bared all for charity went on sale this week.
Mick Uttley and Ian Cranmer are the local stars of the hilarious calendar which features a group of podgy blokes from across Yorkshire recreating famous images from the entertainment world to raise money for men’s cancer charities.
Mick, 40, of Old Mill Lane, was quick to sign up because his dad battled prostate cancer, and Prostate Cancer UK is one of the causes to benefit from sales of the calendar, along with Sheffield Hospital Charity to help testicular cancer care.
The colourful collection of ‘fat lad’ photos, complete with lots of ‘dad bods’ and ‘man boobs’, went on sale on Wednesday. It can be bought online at www.fatladscalendar.co.uk or from Mick by calling 07782 149534.
