STAINBOROUGH stunned runaway leaders Darton with an eight-wicket derby win in the Pontefract League Championship.
Lewis Shepherd took four wickets as Darton were all out for 149 then George Tyas carried his bat with 88 not out.
Darton are still 19 points clear at the top with Stainborough now up to fifth.
Leaders Notton won by 93 runs at Bentley Colliery in Division Two.
Qasar Khan (59) led them to 216 then Joe Ashley took four wickets and Muhammad Dawood three.
Second-placed Ryhill and Havercroft won at home to Old Sharlston.
Sean Plant carried his bat with 74 not out in Ryhill’s 181 with Joe Corbett adding 56 off 31 balls. The visitors were out for 142 with Jake Vale taking five wickets and Corbett three.
