BARNSLEY MPs Dan Jarvis and Michael Dugher have signed a joint letter from 70 MPs addressed to the boss of Marks and Spencer amid the retail giant’s changes to pay and pension arrangements for staff.
Marks and Spencer is awarding staff a pay rise, but the MPs say the package of changes including cuts to overtime mean some staff will need to work longer hours in three years’ time to make the same wage they do today.
