THE accolades refuse to stop for Elsecar Park and nature reserve, which has just been awarded a Green Flag award for the tenth consecutive year.
It underlines the quality of the park, which benefits from a 'friends of' organisation which helps to maintain the area, with support from Barnsley Council and other local authority funding.
The Green Flag system was introduced as a system of highlighting public spaces which provide high quality facilities.
