A MUM has been left heartbroken by thieves who have stolen trees from her son's memorial garden at Felkirk Church.
The garden was created in memory of Nathan Coxon, 20, who died six years ago from a brain tumour.
Jill Coxon arrived on Sunday to find the two miniature conifers missing.
They were either side of a casket containing his ashes at the graveyard.
Jill, 55, of Barnsley Road, Shafton visits the garden two to three times every week and asked the vicar about it but no one had seen anything.
She said; "As soon as I opened the gates I saw they had gone. I am absolutely devestated to think that somebody had been on there and had touched things that belonged to Nathan."
