A COUPLE who have been living in Spain returned to find their home in Cudworth had been turned into a house of horrors.
David and Christine Noble have had to stay in hotels because their Crown Avenue, Cudworth, home has been trashed.
Magistrates gave them an order to evict the tenant and her two teenage children and when the couple returned to the house with bailiffs there was a dead hamster in the back garden and a dog that had been left alone in the property.
A foot of domestic rubbish and dirty children’s clothing covered the living room and kitchen floor where a hosepipe had been left running.
Human excrement had been smeared over the living room and bathroom walls and mould was growing inside the fridge.
The garden which Christine, 59, had kept immaculate was trashed and patches of it burnt out.
The house proud woman says the situation has made her ill.
She said: “How can she let her kids live like that? I am a very house proud woman and it was immaculate. It is my home and I am just so upset.”
