NOTTON Challengers won by 63 runs at Allerton Bywater in Division Two of the Pontefract League.
Faisal Yameen scored 110 not out off 102 balls with 15 fours and two sixes in the Challengers’ 215 then Majid Abdul and Shashank Ravishankar took three wickets.
Notton chased 146 for a two-wicket win over Horbury Bridge 2nd XI in Division Four. Selwyn Barnsley took three wickets then Dan Hurst made 57.
Thurnscoe Institute won by 87 runs at home to Newton Hill in Division One.
Dan Guest (66) and David Roe (53) led Thurnscoe to 266 then Michael Harvey took five wickets and Josh Carline four.
Ben Summers scored 107 but West Bretton lost at Brodsworth Main in the Premier Division.
Joseph Gott added 90 in Bretton’s 255 but they were beaten by seven wickets with nine balls left.
Darton were all out for 132 in a ten-wicket loss at Pollington in the Championship.
Ryhill and Havercroft could only score 99 chasing 135 at Bentley Colliery in Division Three.
Luke Speight took five wickets and Nicholas Hague four.
