A MAN who admitted having more than 700 indecent images of children has been remanded in custody ahead of his sentencing.
Scott Bankes, of Overdale Road, Wombwell, had possession of 304 category A images - the most serious - as well as four category Bs and 395 category Cs.
The 31-year-old also admitted breaching a previous court-imposed banning order which prohibited him from accessing several social media networking sites, including Snapchat and Kik.
Bankes will be sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court on October 3.
