A WOMBWELL man has organised a zumbathon to raise money for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
Tim Steele is rallying Barnsley zumba enthusiasts - a dance fitness programme - to take part in the two hour session at the sports village, Honeywell Lane, Honeywell tomorrow.
He was inspired to organise the event after his nephew Roman made use of the Sheffield-based hospice’s forget me not suite.
Tim’s sister, Amanda Steele, said: “The care we receive here is amazing. I have no idea where me and my kids would be today without all the support we’ve had. All of us have received counselling, my children come to the sibling group and have enjoyed days out.”
