COUNCILLORS have been given top-of-the-range tablet devices to slash the cost of printing meeting papers.
Over recent months, the council has been replacing IT equipment provided to councillors with more up-to-date technology.
As a result, all 63 councillors have been given Windows Surface Pro 4 tablet devices, costing about £700 each.
