Barnsley striker Sam Winnall has been named Championship Player of the Month for December.
The 25-year-old has netted seven goals in his last seven starts and has 11 for the season.
Head coach Paul Heckingbottom said: "Sam has been part of the group that has done really well and he’s scored lots of goals.
"He tends to go on runs of goals, he did it last season. Long may it continue.
"There are other parts to his games which never get spoken about like defending set plays."
