BARNSLEY police have been referred to a national watchdog after a diabetic man was found dead the day after officers had been told he was threatening to kill himself.
Adam Moore, 29, of Garden Street, Barnsley was discovered by his girlfriend, Becky, and a neighbour on Wednesday evening.
