A LOCKET has been found on the former railway track between Royston and Carlton.
It is no bigger than a 20 pence piece and was handed in to Royston Police Station on Monday.
There are tiny diamond studs on the exterior and inside the photographs are of an elderly man and woman.
Sgt Nigel Govier from Royston SNT said: “This locket obviously holds some sentimental value and will be greatly missed by its owner and therefore we would like to see it returned.â€
If you believe that this locket is yours, call in to Royston Police Station. You will need to provide some sort of proof that you are the owner.
