David Wilkinson, 32, of Harvey Street, off Racecommon Road, said he could feel the vibrations whenever a delivery was made to Joseph Locke Primary.

The cleaner, who has lived there for seven years, said it had been a problem since the school was built. But now the tremors had led to the collapse of a wall at the side of his property.
