The Bulldogs – who have won two and lost two of their league games this season – are now due to visit Derby Elks on Saturday.
Dodworth Miners lost 41-34 at East Hull in Yorkshire Division Two.
They are still top but two points clear of East Hull who have three games in hand.
Rycroft Hammers lost 36-14 at Knottingley Mustangs in Yorkshire Division Six.
