TWO men who are both accused of committing a raft of child sex offences will appear at Leeds Crown Court next week.
Samuel Wall, of Laithes Close, Athersley South and Joseph Hemmingway, of Woolley Edge, were charged with identical offences.
They include inciting penetrative sexual activity with a 12-year-old boy, inciting a 14-year-old to send explicit images and two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
Wall, 34, and Hemmingway, 33, were also charged with co-possessing 388 category A images of children - the most serious - as well as 273 category Bs and 180 category Cs.
The pair were also charged with contacting each other, despite being prohibited from doing so.
Their plea and trial preparation hearing will take place on Monday.
