THIS beautiful bouncing baby made sure her birthday will always be remembered when she arrived at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
Katie Cartwright felt her baby starting to make movements early on Tuesday but she wasn't ready to head into hospital until about 9am.
"We sort of joked about it when we realised she was going to arrive on the 11th, but I didn't think she was going to come so soon," said Katie, 33, of Adkin Royd, Silkstone, who is Barsley Hospital Charity's fundraising manager.
But two hours later, as Barnsley fell silent for Armistice, Molly Cartwright burst into the world four days overdue weighing 8lbs.
Dad Rob said: "We did actually think about calling her Poppy, but we knew she was a girl and we'd been calling her Molly for so long we didn't want to change it.
"We're thinking of Poppy for a middle name."
