A LUXURY home with a cinema, games room and sauna could replace Silkstone Lodge.
Plans have been submitted to flatten the closed social venue and build a four-bedroom family property.
Builder Richard Richardson, who lives in Silkstone, has submitted plans to demolish the former social venue, which closed on January 12 last year, and replace it with a modern family home, boasting a cinema, gym, sauna and games room.
Richard, 58, bought the Cone Lane venue about three years ago and closed it due to a lack of customers.
