TO look at him, you’d never know Tony Surgey suffered a stroke just three years ago.
Tony, 48, is now a qualified personal fitness instructor and seemingly fit as a fiddle.
But it was just before Christmas in 2012 when he suffered a stroke whilst shopping with his wife in Meadowhall.
He added: “I used to watch the Insanity workouts and think ‘I wish I could do that’, so as soon as I finished rehabilitation, I did it and I’m now an instructor for their workout courses and have gone on to be a personal trainer.”
