LITTLE Kai Thresh was so determined to raise money for children who don’t get Christmas presents that he went carol singing to raise the money to buy them toys.
He treated his family and friends to a chorus of two of well-known carols including We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer and When Santa Got Stuck up the Chimney and raised £30.
Proud mum Laura Watkinson, 23, of Monk Springs, Worsbrough, said: “I don’t know where it came from, but Kai thought of the idea and chose the songs by himself. He said he wanted to raise money for children who don’t get many presents.”
