HOLY Trinity School is to host a dinner to raise vital funds for Combat Stress, the leading mental health charity for military veterans.

Combat Stress currently supports more than 5,900 veterans from 19 to 97.

The dinner has been organised by Yvonne Taylor, PA to headteacher Simon Barber and teacher Chela Wilson.

Chela said: “A lot of our children know of, or have family members who have served in the military, as do I, and, therefore it seemed to be a charity that would touch the hearts of a lot of people.

“We are very passionate about involving the local community in this event and hopefully, together, we can make a positive contribution to the work of this charity.”
