PLANS have been submitted to convert the upper floors of Yorkshire House on Shambles Street into 19 apartments.
Paul Knowles, of KE Architecture, wants to change the use of 20 to 30 Shambles Street, Barnsley from offices which were used by the council.
The ground floor is already occupied by Soul Lounge and businesses Be Premiere Hair, Bistro Romanos and Watson’s general store. These will be retained.
