DETAILED plans have been given the go ahead for a new business park which should bring hundreds of new jobs to junction 36 of the M1 at Birdwell.
Enterprise 36, which will accommodate four large new industrial units, is being promoted to potential tenants as a strategic UK location for manufacturing and distribution.
Owners Barmston Developments acquired the 25-acre site formerly known as Gladman Park in June.
The site stands directly next to the Wentworth Park Estate near Tankersley.
