THIEVES took a Jaguar, a pick-up truck and a five-year-old’s piggy bank money in a raid on a Wombwell home.
Emma Kershaw and her family returned to their Pit Lane home to find the front door kicked in, the house ransacked and the family’s vehicles - a Jaguar XKR and a Hilux pick-up truck - missing from the drive.
CCTV revealed that only half an hour before they returned home on January 2, at 7.30pm, four men had broken in and searched the property for the car keys.
They left valuables such as a new Xbox One and jewellery alone, but opted to take a coat, an air rifle and £80 in pocket money from Emma’s son’s bedroom as they left.
