A NEW singing group for tots is being launched today by one half of a married couple determined to make Barnsley as famous for singing as it was for coal mining.
Eleanor Wright, one of the team behind the world-renowned Barnsley Youth Choir with her husband Mat, is launching Little Singers.
It will cater for two age groups - babies up to 18 months old, and toddlers aged 18 months to four years.
While many music teachers would not begin teaching a musical instrument until children are older, Eleanor says there is no such thing as too young when it comes to singing.
