Barnsley’s Warren Edwicker is now the world record holder for the quickest marathon runner while dressed as red telephone box.
Warren, 47, of Barnsbridge Grove, Barnsley, completed the London Marathon in four hours and seven minutes - smashing the world record by 26 minutes.
He said: “It was fantastic. The atmosphere was amazing, the crowds were amazing and the conditions were perfect. I was going through Canary Wharf and someone shouted ‘that’s the guy from the Chronicle.”
