A SPORTS champion returned to her old high school in Royston to judge a dance competition this week.
Extreme sports champion Jenna Downing, 19, of West End Crescent, returned to judge the Barnsley Primary and Secondary Dance competitions on Wednesday along with Julie Foster, a dance teacher at the Jay Bee Theatre School.
The competition was split into two categories and children from ten primary schools and seven secondary schools danced to impress the judges in an attempt to win the trophies but High View Primary and Wakefield Independent were chosen as the winners.
Jenna, who has been the British Champion eight times, gave a talk to the pupils about her sport, which includes in-line skating and dangerous stunts.
