REMEMBER this dandy dog?
Kai, the two year-old Parson Jack Russell was Barnsley's most handsome hound last year taking top spot in the Chronicle's Dandy Dogs competition.
Your dog could be a canine cutie and win an array of top prizes for the winner and runners up.
Kai's owner Scott Crackett was delighted when his prize pooch saw off competition from more than 800 other dogs.
He said: "We were absolutely ecstatic when she won. We had entered her the year before when she was under a year old but she didn't get anywhere.
"Last year we took a nice picture of her that we liked, that's why we entered her and each week as it went on she was still in the running.
"It was nice for our family as well and the kids went with her to get the portrait done. The other prizes were really handy because we have three pets and they have all been able to use the vet fees and the kennel and run."
Kai won't be entering again this year because Scott, of Wood Street, Barnsley is going to breed her later this year and is looking for a stud.
To be in with a chance of winning like Kai and getting hold of some fantastic prizes simply fill in the entry form and return it to us with a recent picture of your dog.
The closing date for entries is 5pm on Wednesday May 14 and all entries received will feature in a special supplement on Friday May 23.
Voting is via phone and text and the top 40 will be whittled down to a top 10 which will attend a final where the winner will be decided by a panel of judges.
