ANGRY young actors, dancers and singers staged a musical protest outside the town hall in protest against a decision to axe drama and dance at PADS.
They were out in force to support the dance and drama teachers who run the groups and who are facing redundancy to save money for nursery education.
A Barnsley Council spokesman said the support for voluntary and GCSE dance and dram would continue but would not say how that would happen once dance and drama staff had been made redundant.
