HOUSE prices in Barnsley increased by more than 3.5 per cent in May, new figures have revealed.
The average house price across the borough was £163,082 - a 3.5 per cent increase on April’s figures.
Over the last 12 months, the average sale price of a property in Barnsley rose by £25,000.
