GREAT Houghton’s cricket team will be supported by up to 400 fans on its historic trip to Lords on Sunday.
Houghton Main 1st XI take on Somerset side Timsbury in the final of the National Knockout.
The squad travels to London tomorrow, together with three coachloads of the fans. Many more will travel down by car and train.
The players will play on the same pitch and use the same changing rooms as the England and Pakistan international stars, who will fight it out in a one day match a day earlier.
