Pupils at Ladywood primary school in Grimethorpe have designed and created outfits from rubbish as part of an environmental project.

They have used plastic bags, scraps of material and broken jewellery to craft their designs.

Holly Hunton-Boldy, six made a garment from a bin bag adorned with bright fabrics. She said: "I like my outfit and would wear it if I went out wuth my mum and dad. We recycle at home. It's important so there is less rubbish."
