BARNSLEY Schoolboys under 15s became the first schools side from the town to win their league and cup double in back-to-back seasons.
Having already retained their league title, they beat Sheffield 5-3 in the Yorkshire Cup final.
The scorers were Lewis Rhodes, Luca Hyde, Logan Clifford, Ethan Haywood and Zach Smith.
Manager Duncan Bray said: “We are absolutely delighted to sign off the Barnsley Schoolboys journey with not only another trophy but also making history in our final season.
“The team has won six trophies in the last three seasons which is a remarkable accomplishment.”
