Wale, younger brother of the show's promoter Josh, saw off Mexican import Benito Sanchez Garcia 60-54.
Lightweight Wale had been out of the ring for ten months following the birth of his son and shook off some ring rust with a solid workout which took him to 14-0 (1 knockout).
The Brampton man was the one throwing the more meaningful shots throughout the contest.
Cleary opened up the show with a 40-36 verdict against Birmingham journeyman Lewis Varley.
The Wombwell welterweight made a strong start and managed to maintain dominance throughout the four-rounder.
He is now 3-0 as a professional.
Current European and British super-middleweight champion Callum Simpson was in the corner of Cleary and wore the red and white scarf for the ringwalk.
