WATH RUFC won 51-12 at New Brighton in the quarter-final of the Counties One North Plate.
Alex Pegg and Anthony Davies scored two tries each with Anthony Hamilton, Sean Hopper and Will Chipchase touching down.
Jack Whitlam kicked five conversions and two penalties.
It was a 19th straight win in all competitions for league champions Wath.
They are now due to host Durham University in the semi-final on Saturday.
If they win, they will be in the final the following Saturday with the Yorkshire Shield final on May 23.
