FORMER Barnsley FC player Scott Jones made 122 in Green Moor’s home win over Handsworth in Division Six.

Jones, now 51, hit five sixes and 13 fours off 103 balls with Curtis Coles adding 67 in Green Moor’s 281.

Satvir Singh took six for 30 as the visitors were bowled out for 150.

Ben Summers carried his bat with 111 not out as West Bretton chased 243 for a six-wicket home win over Parkhead in Division One.

Summers hit 17 fours and a six after Alex Gough took four wickets and Callum Bailey three.

Wath removed Houghton Main for 154 in a three-wicket home win.

Asim Javed made 50 for Houghton with Syed Shah taking four wickets for Wath then scoring 68 not out with Hussnain Hussain adding 61 not out.

Wath then played against Championship leaders Ackworth in the Twenty20 Plate and lost by six wickets.

Jason van Dyk smashed 94 off 50 balls with 11 fours and four sixes but Wath collapsed from 124 for none to 147 all out.

Monk Bretton fell 15 runs short chasing 130 at Warmsworth.

Dominic Fell and Joshua van Oudtshoorn took four wickets.

Cawthorne 2nd XI fell 61 runs short chasing 329 at Conisbrough.

Thom Macrow took five for 103 then Nicholas Lowe scored 113 off 112 balls with 12 fours and six sixes.

Barnsley Woolley Miners 2nd XI chased 190 for a three-wicket win at Hallam 2nd XI.

Elsecar 2nd XI bowled Millhouses Works out for 177 in a five-wicket win.

Oliver Blackburn made 70 not out.

Worsbrough Bridge chased 144 to win by three wickets at home to Higham in Division Three.

Joe McLee and Liam Levitt took four wickets each for Bridge and Gareth Kilburn for Higham.

Darfield chased 140 at Oughtibridge 2nd XI for a nine-wicket win.

Nathan Kitchen, Saman Khursheed and Jordan Clayton took three wickets then Lewis Thorpe scored 55.

Bavasuthan Selvanayagam scored 107 off 93 balls in Kexborough’s loss at Ackworth 2nd XI in Division Four.

Richard Burgess added 57 in Kexborough’s 251 for four but the hosts won with five wickets and eight balls left. Thava Niganthan took three wickets.

Wombwell Main chased 160 for an eight-wicket win over Warmsworth 2nd XI to stay top of Division Five.

Mark Mustill-Hope took five wickets and Ben Reeves three then Mustill-Hope (53 not out) and Tom Goldsby-West (61 not out) secured the win.

Lee White took five wickets and made 67 in Silkstone United’s home win over Millhouses Works 2nd XI. They chased 148 with seven wickets left.

Penistone 2nd XI won by two wickets at home to Thorpe Hesley and High Green 2nd XI. John Beachill scored 58 not out.

Dearne chased 210 to beat Eden Madras Parkland in Division Nine North by five wickets. Ben Whitehouse scored 76.
