HOYLANDSWAINE posted 423 in a home win over Rastrick to continue their perfect start to the Huddersfield Premiership season.
Furqan Shafiq hit 144 off 80 balls with 14 fours and ten sixes, sharing an opening stand of 198 with Ben Cohler-Cadmore who cleared the ropes seven times in his 98 off 49.
Abid Ali and Samit Patel both made 77 then Adam Sylvester took four wickets and Tom Bailey three to bowl the hosts out for 146.
Bailey has recently joined Swaine while also playing for Lancashire for whom he has appeared more than 200 times.
Swaine have won their six completed league games so far and are ten points clear at the top.
Swaine then won by a wicket at Kirkburton in the Sykes Cup. Patel took four wickets and Ali made 75 as they chased 178.
