Wombwell Main produced a fantastic performance to win the County Senior League with a 3-0 success over High Green Villa in Worksop on Thursday night.
Main have struggled for consistency in the Premier League and have only recently moved out of the relegation zone but have been on fine form in the cup and lifted it for the first time since 2008.
Striker and captain Simon Chadburn, who saved three penalties as a stand-in goalkeeper in the semi-final shootout, led the way with a brace.
The other goal came from top-scorer Damon Cassell who netted twice in the semi-final and also got the last-minute winner against local rivals Houghton Main in the quarter-final.
