Schoolboy Joe Hughes tasted sweet success at Penistone Show after being crowned best in show in the confectionery category.
The 11-year-old, who attends Penistone Grammar School, triumphed with his homemade fudge on Saturday.
He also picked up prizes for first place in the plain fudge category, first in the best exhibit from an under-16-year-old, as well as third position in the chocolate truffle contest.
Proud mum Louise, 46, of Tennyson Close, Penistone, said: "We were thrilled, it was really good - I think he will probably want to retain his title next year."

Joe, a fan of The Great British Bake Off, also won first place in the fudge category in 2012.
