A MOTHER returned home after a night in hospital to find burglars had raided her flat stealing Christmas presents bought for her two little girls.
Tina Foster spent last Friday night at Barnsley hospital having an operation on her foot. But she was left devastated on Saturday to discover her flat on King Street, Hoyland, had been raided.
Presents including DVDs, computer games and a play station two bought only the previous Saturday were all taken. They had been hidden in the top of a wardrobe so her daughters Sophia and Sarah Crouch, ten, and nine respectively, could not find them. A mobile phone, curtains and a photo of one of the girls were also taken.
