Penistone and Stocksbridge MP Angela Smith has acted as a school's milk monitor.
She served milk to pupils at Hoylandswaine Primary all day.
The visit to the school on Haigh Lane was to encourage children to drink milk and appreciate its benefits.
John Sedgwick, managing director of organiser Cool Milk, a leading supplier to schools, said: "School milk provides a great boost for children because it is such a wholesome and nutritional product."
