REDS boss Danny Wilson is relishing the prospect of facing his former club tomorrow.
Wilson guided Swindon to the play-off final in the 2009/10 campaign having taken over from Maurice Malpas a year before. Although they eventually succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Millwall at Wembley, Wilson won 44 of his 121 games in charge.
The following season was far less successful and Wilson resigned in March with the club a point above the relegation zone.
The Robins - unbeaten in six league games - thrashed another of Wilson’s former clubs Sheffield United 5-2 on Saturday before winning 2-1 at Newport County in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy on Tuesday night.
"It's arguably our biggest test of the season," Wilson said. "They have had a good start to the campaign and have a young squad who seem to be clicking together.
"They are young, their play is easy on the eye and they will be full of confidence."
The Reds - who go into the clash with no injury concerns - know a win is important having registered just one point from a possible nine.
