James Bree will not be 'burnt out' by his run of games in the first team, insists manager Danny Wilson.

The right-back, who is 17 tomorrow, has started the last three matches following three substitute appearances.

"I am delighted with how James has played," Wilson told the Chronicle.

"We can't allow him to burn out because he is so young so we will pick and choose the games he plays and keep a close eye on him. He has faced very stern tests in the last two games (at Rochdale and Oldham) but has come through them very, very well."
