PLANS to flatten a former library and build affordable residential units have been approved.
The Monk Bretton library site, off Lamb Lane, will be transformed with 24 new homes, made up of a mixture of bungalows and two and three bedroom houses.
The library closed on November 1, following a review of findings from a four week consultation.
