PEOPLE in Barnsley donated £4,000 worth of toys to give the Barnardo's charity a cash boost.
During the eight-week Argos Toy Exchange campaign, people across the town donated more than 300 bags of pre-loved toys to Barnardo's.
The toys were then sold to help the region's most disadvantaged and vulnerable children.
The Toy Exchange encouraged Argos customers to donate their pre-loved toys at stores to be sold through Barnardo's network.
Those making donations were rewarded with a voucher offering £5 off a £35 spend on toys at Argos.
It raised £4,000 for the charity.
