HUNDREDS turned out to pay their last respects to cancer-stricken teenager Daniel Binney, including musician Lucy Spraggan.
Daniel, 19, died in his sleep, surrounded by his family, at Weston Park Hospital on June 19.
Mum Trish Hall, of Queen's Drive, Dodworth, said the pain had simply become unbearable for her boy who 'fought until his very last breath' after being told in April he was too ill to continue any treatment and nothing more could be done for him.
The teenager's funeral was held St Edward's Church, Kingstone on Tuesday where mourners were awash with colour after Daniel requested people wear something bright.
