A GRAFITTI vandal has struck at Silkstone's new community centre before the building has even opened.
A distinctive 'tag' was daubed across a run of windows at the new Huskar Rooms building over the weekend.
Now police have been supplied with copies of the tag, which is effectively a grafitti artist's signature, so it can compared with their records to try to track down the culprit.
Meanwhile the volunteers who took on the demanding task of decorating the centre have now had to take on the job of removing paint from nine panes of glass.
