A HOYLAND bar is being sold and will no longer be a pub.
Bar 428, formerly Perrin's and before that Charisma, is being sold by owner Graham Hawkes. The bar is on the second floor of the old Methodist church building on Market Street.
Mr Hawkes said: "Bar 428 has served its purpose which was to keep the building occupied until a buyer was found.
At the moment I can't reveal what it is going to be but it won't be a pub any more."
