BODYBUILDER Emma Turton has been named champion in a local championships.
Emma, 37, came up trumps in the over 35s toned category of the Open Yorkshire Classic bodybuilding championships.
Emma, of Huddersfield Road, Barnsley, was delighted to have finally won after having received runner-up prizes in 2010 and 2011.
The learning mentor at Littleworth Grange Primary Academy underwent weeks of controlled dieting and various drills of squats, presses, raises and various other lifts to give her a competition worthy body.
She was judged on quality of muscular tone, shape and build.
