IT was once a pigeon-infested eyesore but now the former Tobacco Warehouse in George Yard is the new base of fashion guru Rita Britton, a cafe and an art gallery.
The Pollyanna founder has moved round the corner from her shop in Market Hill to the creative conversion in George Yard where the first floor has been transformed into a retail space which will be used to sell Rita's own fashion label, Nomad.
On the ground floor is Quintessential Kitchen - open for coffees, light bites and lunches.
The entire building, called Nomad Atelier, is topped off with an art gallery on the top floor.
